Hannah started at New Road in 2018, became manager in 2019 and is also a Director on our CIC Board (Community Interest Company). She has a Level 3 CACHE in Childcare and Education - as well as being qualified in First Aid; with a Level 2 in Food Hygiene, Designated Child Protection (DPCP) and Equality Named Coordinator (ENCO).

Deputy Manager/Chairperson
Amy started at New Road Preschool April 2023. I have worked in schools/preschool/playgroups for over 12 years and have gained great knowledge with SEN, having spent my time as a 1:1 or working with children who needed additional support. I've also worked in an SEN school. I have training with ADHD, Aspersers, Autism, Challenging behaviour, Global delay, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, non verbal, ADD, OCD, Bipolar, Fragile X Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Mental health, wellbeing, Pathological Demand Avoidance. Level 3 in Special Education Needs, rebound therapy, and Lego therapy. Level 2 and Level 3 supporting teaching and learning. Supporting Speech and Language in Early Years. Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE). Child Protection, Level 3 Food and hygiene, Paediatric First Aid. Amy is currently studying her CACHE Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioner.

Charlotte started New Road January 2022 as a Childcare Practitioner and become joint Deputy October 2023. I have Level 2 Food and Hygiene, Paediatric First Aid, Child Protection.

Christine started New Road in January 2023 as bank staff. Christine has Level 2 Food and Hygiene, Paediatric First Aid and Child Protection.

Niru started at New Road in 2018. She has a Teaching Assistant Diploma in Level 3 (EY Level 2), is qualified in Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Basic Child Protection.

Rebecca joined us in 2022. She has worked in childcare for just over 2 years & has a Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning. Rebecca previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School.
